Can’t find your health plan in the PPO Quality Report Card ratings? Here are some reasons why you may not find ratings for your health plan:

Only six of the larger PPOs in California voluntarily reported their quality performance.

If you belong to a smaller PPO, it is not rated because many smaller PPOs do not publicly report their quality results.
